    You’re so right about folks enjoying membership in clubs. For those of us who already have thriving e-newsletters, perhaps we can create a club from the subscribers. After all, they’ve already shown interest and loyalty.

    I’m so glad this blog post has sparked an idea for you, Flora.

    This year I created a customer care club for clients who spent a certain level of dollars with my company. Each person received a membership card and code to use when Emailing or calling my office for support.

    Many clients used the card in January, so the membership is already popular and successful.
