I learned about two productivity tools during my flight to present two seminars in Orlando. I know you’ll find good use for them.

Jott is a messaging system that reminds you of tasks you want to perform or tell others to complete. You call a toll-free number, say the message, and it’s distributed in the manner you choose (Email, voice, etc.).

Is it better to just scribble a note on paper? Sure, for some. But others prefer using technology, especially the type that lets you reach another person who needs to be in the loop. And a Jott message won’t be misplaced like a piece of paper.

I found Jing to be very cool. It’s a screen capture tool created by TechSmith, the company that makes SnagIt.
