BtoB recently published their Interactive Marketing Guide 2008, which details how businesses are connecting with clients through various channels.
One statistical chart that I found of interest was the Reasons that U.S. Marketers Use E-Mail Marketing. Here’s the breakdown.
I found it interesting that reactivating dormant customers would be an Email function. That’s a process I find better served through letter or postcard.
In my snail mail, I tell past clients about new sections on my Web site and encourage them to subscribe to my online newsletter, which hopefully generates interest and a new subscription.
